What are the delivery methods, times and prices?
In Europe and Switzerland, delivery costs are free from € 200.

What are the return methods?
In Europe, returns are free 14 days after receipt of your order.

Outside Europe, returns are your responsibility 14 days after receipt of your order.

1. Express delivery (Monday - Friday)

• Metropolitan France : Price according to the weight of the package. Place an order before 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, for shipment on the following working days (1). Delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (mainly in the morning).
• European Union : Price according to the weight of the package and Price according to the country of delivery (2) Place an order before 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday, for shipment on the following working days (1). Delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (mainly in the morning).
• Countries outside the European Union: Price according to the weight of the package and Price according to the country of delivery (2) Place an order before 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday, for shipment on the following working days (1). Delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (mainly in the morning).

2. Standard Delivery (Monday - Friday)

This delivery method concerns the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , Romania, United Kingdom, Rep. Czech, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

The prices are indicated in the section “Which countries do you deliver to”. Delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (mainly in the morning).

3. Withdrawal in Click & Collect at Blu & Berry: Free.

Pick up 7 days a week at 9 rue Charles Feige, 74120 Megève during store opening hours.

Withdrawal 2 hours after validation for all orders.

Availability of your order for 14 days.

Important information

The delivery time announced when ordering is calculated according to the city of destination, according to the transport plan of our delivery partner, in order to announce a reliable delivery time.

Your phone number is sent to our carrier to facilitate the delivery of your order. You will receive SMS shipping confirmation and tracking of your delivery, and will be contacted in case of delivery concerns.

We may need to verify your details with your credit card issuer before shipping your order. In this case, we would do everything possible not to delay the shipment.

For deliveries outside the European Union, we do our best to facilitate customs clearance with our delivery service provider, so as not to delay your delivery. In some cases, however, the delivery time may be extended due to controls carried out by customs, beyond our control.

Are there any delivery location restrictions?

All delivery locations are eligible, including hotels, workplaces, vacation homes and hospitals.
Only PO boxes are not eligible for delivery.

Who can receive my order?

Anyone present at the exact address indicated when ordering can receive your package against signature.
No delivery to an address other than the one indicated on the delivery label will be made (eg neighbor or Relay point) without your prior consent. Remember to have it delivered to your place of work if you are away from your home during delivery hours. It is not possible to change the delivery address after validation of your order, unless you have requested it beforehand with our Customer service.

Will I receive a confirmation of the day of delivery after the validation of my order and before my delivery?

Enter your mobile phone number * when finalizing your purchases to receive the order confirmation sms sent by our Transport Partner (DHL).
The Transport Partner will systematically send you an SMS as soon as the package leaves our logistics warehouse, to confirm the day and time of delivery.
On the morning of delivery (Premium, Express and Standard deliveries), the carrier will send you a second text message to notify you of the imminent delivery of your order.

What if i'm not there during the delivery?

In the event of absence planned before delivery, you can reschedule a delivery on the day of your choice (Monday to Friday):
1. Log on to our carrier's website (indicated on the sms sent by the carrier at the time of shipment) or by going to the following link: https://ondemand.dhl.com.
2. Enter the air waybill number for your package. (communicated in the sms).
3. Choose a new delivery date.


In case of absence at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox.
By default, the new delivery will be scheduled the day after the attempted delivery, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (local time).
An additional presentation can be scheduled at no additional cost.

Are the amount of customs duties and taxes included in the sale price?

Orders to a member country of the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or taxes. VAT is already included in the prices indicated on our site (price including VAT).

Customs duties and taxes for non-EU countries:
In the event of shipments to non-European countries, no VAT is charged. Upon arrival of the items at their destination, import sales tax as well as customs duties and handling charges will be determined by the relevant customs office. The recipient will then be billed by our logistics partner DHL. By submitting your order and paying and / or delivering the required information, you agree to abide by the import rules for the respective items. Please note that import regulations vary from country to country. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note that customs duties, import sales tax, as well as handling charges which were charged to consignee by DHL on order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by https://bluandberry.com/en/ even in the event that items must be returned.

How do I add an address to my address book?

Once your order has been placed, however, you no longer have the possibility to change your delivery address.

The content of your order cannot be modified.

What if my order is damaged, incomplete or different from what I bought?

If your order has reached you damaged, incomplete or different from what you bought, Contact us within 14 days of receipt, by sending a photo of the products and concerns concerned: we will find a solution together as soon as possible!
