Exchanges, Returns and Refunds


How and within what time frame can I return my order?

Return costs are free. To return your purchase easily and free of charge within 14 days, it's quick and very simple:

Contact our Customer service to reserve the new size requested

2nd step

Insert the items you want to return in their original packaging

Step 3

Attach the return shipping label to the packaging and leave the package open so the driver can check the invoice and contents

Step 4

Contact DHL on 0 825 10 00 80, to arrange a pickup date at the location of your choice
Drop off your package directly at a DHL relay point. Consult the list of Relais points near you connecting here.
Contact us directly, by email (info@ or by phone at +33 4 50 91 80 33, we will organize the collection of the parcel at your place or at the place of your choice.

Step 5

Our delivery partner will call you to confirm the day of collection of your package.

Step 6

We will confirm the arrival of the package as soon as it is received in our services

Step 7

For the exchange, the item reserved previously, will be shipped after verification of the returned products

Important information

The products must reach us in new condition (not used, worn, washed, etc.) with the brand's labels. Returns of briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms can be accepted on a trial basis over the underwear. For hygiene reasons, the return may be refused and the item returned to the Customer if the adhesive strip has been removed or if the item is stained.
The validation period for a return upon receipt at our warehouse is two working days, before triggering the refund request.
A compliance check will be carried out for each reimbursement request. Returns that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

You have 14 days after delivery to revoke your transaction by writing us an e-mail, letter, or calling us. After you send us your cancellation request, you have 14 days to return the items to us.

Items must be returned in one and the same package

We only accept returns on products that are not on sale and not on promotions.

We only accept returns from the same country as for delivery. For example, orders delivered in France must be returned from France. Otherwise, the return procedure is your responsibility, import and shipping costs will be charged.

Once the return of the package has been validated by our team, you will receive an email about the returned items. We will refund the amount to you as quickly as possible. Please note that :

The refund is always credited by following the same payment method as for the purchase

The refund is always credited in the same currency as the purchase

The refund is always credited to the buyer's account

If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be sent

The deadline for receiving the refund depends on the payment method or the bank

If your order was made with a discount voucher, you will be reimbursed for the amount paid - that is, the amount invoiced following the application of the discount. The reduction voucher then loses its validity.

If your order was made with a discount voucher and wish to make a partial return, you will receive a refund proportional to the value of your voucher.

Can I return products directly to Blu & Berry in Megève?

We offer a return service directly to the Blu & Berry store in Megève, for any order placed on the Blu & Berry e-Boutique and shipped by Blu & Berry (including those that we have delivered directly to your home).

What precautions should I take when trying on products?

Try out your models with great care. Products must be returned new (not used, worn, washed, etc.), with the brand's labels.

Leather goods
Handle light-colored leather goods with care if you are not yet sure you want to keep them. Be careful with dark clothes that can rub off on light skins.

Try your shoes on rugs and carpets so as not to damage them. The shoes must be returned to us in their original condition and box.

Try on lingerie without removing hygiene protection. Returns will not be accepted if the protections are removed.

Can I exchange my order?

To make an exchange, we invite you to:
1. Return the unwanted product to us for a refund under the conditions set out above.
2. Place a new order for the desired replacement product.

Can I exchange an order that I received as a gift?

To return an unwanted gift, contact us by email or phone so that we can organize with you the day and place of collection of your products. The refund will be made to the person who made the purchase on the payment method used during the purchase. No refund can be made to the recipient of the gift.

How and within what time frame can I be reimbursed?

We are happy to offer you a refund for your unwanted products returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
You will be notified by email as soon as your refund has been issued and will see the words "Refunded" appear in front of the refunded product.
We will refund the full amount of the product to the original credit card of the purchase, including taxes and customs duties.
The refund can only be requested by the person who placed the order and will be made on the original means of payment. It can be processed within 15 working days by your bank. This period varies depending on the card issuer and we are unfortunately not able to influence this period.

Will the delivery cost and taxes be refunded?

We offer the cost of returns for all orders. The outward delivery costs will be reimbursed in the event of return of all the parts ordered. Taxes and customs duties paid to DHL for delivery will not be included in your refund.
